The Opportunity

Own and scale the Retail Media product proposition across onsite and CRM-driven channels.
Work closely with leadership across Product, Engineering, Data and Commercial teams to translate advertiser demand into scalable product capabilities.
Shape the evolution of a monetisation platform built on first-party data, strong user engagement and a trusted consumer brand.
Operate within a collaborative product organisation led by experienced leadership with high expectations for product craft and execution.
Responsibilities
Product Ownership
* Own the roadmap for the Retail Media product area, evolving the platform to support new formats, capabilities and advertiser use cases.
* Define and deliver product initiatives that balance user experience, commercial performance and partner value.
* Translate business opportunities into scalable product features across targeting, measurement and media formats.
Delivery & Execution
* Lead cross-functional squads across product, engineering, design and data.
* Drive delivery of product initiatives from discovery through to launch and iteration.
* Prioritise workstreams based on impact, commercial opportunity and user value.
Monetisation & Retail Media Innovation
* Evolve existing monetisation products including onsite placements, targeted campaigns and partner activation tools.
* Explore new product opportunities across advertising formats, performance measurement and partner integrations.
* Ensure the Retail Media proposition continues to scale in line with commercial demand.
Data-Driven Decision Making
* Use experimentation, analytics and user insight to guide product decisions.
* Define success metrics across engagement, relevance and commercial outcomes.
* Continuously optimise product performance through experimentation and iteration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner closely with commercial and partnerships teams to align product development with advertiser needs.
* Work with engineering and data teams to build scalable technical capabilities.
* Communicate product vision, roadmap and progress with senior stakeholders.
Your Profile
* Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager delivering impactful digital products.
* Background in monetisation platforms, marketplaces, adtech, retail media or consumer platforms.
* Strong track record of building and shipping product features with measurable outcomes.
* Comfortable operating in execution-focused product environments where delivery pace matters.
* Experience working closely with engineering and data teams on complex products.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally across commercial and technical teams.
* Data-driven mindset with a focus on experimentation and continuous improvement.
