People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive – Aftersales to join our well-established client based in Lichfield.
This position sits at the heart of the customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers from order through to aftersales, repairs, and warranty support — ensuring every issue is handled efficiently, professionally, and with care.
This is not a scripted call centre role. It is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys resolving issues and seeing cases through to completion.

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary
• £26,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
