Role Overview:
We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Veterinary Nurse to join our dedicated team. You’ll play a vital part in providing care to a wide range of animals, from routine procedures to emergency situations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of an independent practice where your contributions and opinions truly matter.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the veterinarians with consultations, surgeries, and medical procedures.
* Administering medication, performing diagnostic tests, and caring for inpatients.
* Advising and supporting pet owners with post-operative and general animal care.
* Managing and maintaining clinical areas and equipment.
* Working as part of a close-knit team to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.
Requirements:
* Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) qualification.
* Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, caring attitude.
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in a small animal practice is preferred, but we welcome applications from newly qualified nurses as well.
