Introduction
ArcelorMittal South Africa is looking to recruit Electrical Technicians responsible for providing specialist support and managing the following functional areas:
* Electrical distribution network – 11KV; 3.3KV, 525V; 380V – including transformers, panels, breakers, protection equipment, metering and cabling
* Electrical motors and controls
* Gas area installations
* Liaison with Eskom
* Responsible for SHERQ, work related
* Perform after hours standby duty
Qualification:
* National Diploma (NQF 6/10) in Electrical Engineering
Experience and Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in a maintenance environment
* Valid driver’s license
* Own reliable transport to attend to after-hour breakdowns
* Computer literate and have experience in MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word and SAP
