At Bright Futures, we believe every person with autism or a learning disability deserves the chance to thrive. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our specialist home in Padgate, Warrington, to provide high-quality care and life-enriching opportunities to the people we support.
Job Role
We are recruiting Support Workers for a residential service located near Padgate, supporting adults in a beautiful farmhouse setting. The home offers a peaceful, spacious environment surrounded by open countryside, while still being within easy reach of Warrington and local amenities. It provides a calm and welcoming space where the people we support feel safe, settled and able to enjoy a structured daily routine.
The adults living at the service lead active lifestyles and particularly enjoy spending time outdoors. Much of their week involves countryside walks, longer hikes and exploring natural surroundings, so support is focused on helping them remain active, engaged and confident in the activities they enjoy most. Encouraging participation, maintaining positive routines and promoting independence are key parts of the role, alongside supporting with everyday living tasks where required.
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals who are comfortable working in a rural setting and enjoy being on the move rather than desk-based. The people we support respond best to upbeat, encouraging staff who can match their pace, build warm relationships and provide consistent, person-centred support. If you enjoy working outdoors and want a rewarding role where no two days look the same, this could be a great fit.
