Mortimer Clarke Solicitors (MCS) is recruiting Administrators to join our team in Worthing, West Sussex.

Responsibilities
* Participate in a dedicated training programme during the first three weeks of induction.
* Develop and maintain customer and third‑party correspondence.
* Communicate with third parties and solicitors to address their queries.
* Respond to correspondence from the court.
* Prepare draft litigation documents for review.
* Follow a structured development pathway with milestone framework to reward learning and performance.
* Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain high attention to detail.
Employment Terms
Training period: Monday‑Friday 8 am–4:30 pm, first three weeks in the office; no holiday can be taken during this time.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8 am–4:30 pm, 37.5 hours per week, contract basis.
