JOB DESCRIPTION:
A permanent Deputy Home Manager post has become available in a residential care home in Norwich, that specialises in elderly care.
* £35,000 annum, depending on experience
* Small nursing home for the elderly
* Respite and residential and dementia care

The successful Deputy Manager candidate will be required to assist the Manager in planning and implementing the highest quality of care to the homes frail elderly residents, some of who may suffer with dementia. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of carers and helping to ensure the smooth running of this care home. Good communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding care are therefore essential.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• You must have NVQ3+ or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in a Deputy Manager role essential
• Good working knowledge of CQC regulations
• Passion for elderly / dementia care
