Head of Operations – Bridging Finance

About the Role
As Head of Operations, you will lead end-to-end lending operations, ensuring smooth progression from approval to completion while driving efficiency, accuracy and strong customer outcomes.
Oversee in-life portfolio management, including servicing, variations, arrears and recoveries, with robust governance, MI and risk controls.
Manage savings operations and outsourced partners, ensuring SLA performance, regulatory compliance and high-quality customer service.
Drive operational improvement and transformation, introducing scalable processes, automation and change initiatives across the function.
Lead, develop and inspire high-performing teams while contributing to strategic planning and shaping the lender’s operational framework.
About You
You will bring:
* Strong background in bridging lending
* Experience leading completions, servicing, arrears and third-party partners
* Strong regulatory knowledge including KYC/AML and operational risk
* A track record of delivering change and continuous improvement
* Strong communication and influencing skills at senior level
* A disciplined, customer-focused, performance-driven approach
