At Guidant Global, we're passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities. We're now looking for a proactive and people‑focused HR Advisor to join us in supporting Airbus' HR function at their Broughton site.
If you're ready to build strong relationships, solve real business challenges, and make a positive impact across an iconic organisation, this could be the perfect next step in your HR career.
What you'll be doing
As an HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting HR Business Partners and leaders across a busy, fast‑paced environment. Day to day, you'll:
1. Deliver high‑quality HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding to exit
2. Support with HR campaigns, reviews, meetings and employee relations activity
3. Maintain accurate data within HR systems (Workday, SAP) and act as a key contact for transactional queries
4. Produce clear, insightful reporting and analysis on topics such as headcount, absence and training compliance
5. Help drive continuous improvement by identifying trends and recommending practical solutions
6. Build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, ensuring HR policies are understood and consistently applied
7. Contribute to talent and development initiatives across the HR function
This is a role where you'll make a tangible difference every day-supporting managers, advising colleagues and helping shape a positive employee experience.
What we're looking for
We're keen to speak with HR professionals who:
8. Have experience in HR roles such as HR Advisor, HR Officer or HR Administrator
9. Bring knowledge across areas such as ER, payroll, HR systems, recruitment, learning or data reporting
10. Are confident using HR systems (particularly Workday) and enjoy working with data
11. Communicate clearly, collaborate well and build strong working relationships
12. Are proactive, organised and comfortable managing a varied workload
13. Can balance administrative accuracy with confident, people‑focused advisory support
CIPD qualifications are welcome, but experience and the right mindset matter most.
Why this role?
14. Work with a globally recognised brand at a leading aerospace site
15. Hybrid working available after initial training (typically up to 2 days a week, depending on business needs)
16. 35‑hour working week with a 4.5‑day pattern offering real flexibility
17. Hourly Rate - 21.00 PAYE or £27.78 Umbrella
