Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our team working at Aegon, Edinburgh Park, Edinburgh, EH12 9SE.
You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards.

* This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 7am - 4pm, leaving your evenings and weekends free - a rarity when you work within culinary.
* The hourly rate is £13.

A day in the life of a Chef de Partie:
* Deliver lunch to the client in a clean, neat, tidy and pleasant manner.
* Complete monthly stocktakes on the section designated to them
* Follow all food health and safety and H&S regulations
* Highlight any orders required for the section to the Senior Chef
* Set up and breakdown the lunch service
* Prepare the Mice en place for the section
* To build and follow a production plan and track wastage.
You will be set up for success if you have:
Relevant culinary qualification is desirable however we will consider experience
Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
Certificate in food safety (or willing to obtain via our online e-learning).
Excellent team player and communicator.
