You’ll take ownership of the full restaurant operation, working closely with senior management and the Exec Chef to ensure consistently high standards across multiple F&B outlets — including restaurant, conservatory, domes, room service, and events. The ideal candidate will be energetic, guest-focused, and confident leading a dynamic team in a busy, quality-led environment.
What’s in it for you:
* Competitive salary + monthly service charge
* Flexible working hours – tell us what works for you
* Free meals on duty
* Free on-site parking
* Progression opportunities across a growing group of hotels
* Perks platform with cashback and savings
* Wellbeing support for you and your family
* Discounts on food, drink and stays across the portfolio
* Local discounts on gyms, hospitality and more (even tattoo studios!)
* £500 refer-a-friend scheme
* A creative, diverse and inclusive workplace culture
About the role:
* Lead and manage the daily operation across all F&B areas
* Inspire and support a young front-of-house team with energy and consistency
* Maintain high standards of service, appearance, and guest experience
* Work closely with the Exec Chef to align food and service delivery
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team training
* Monitor and respond to guest feedback
* Maintain budgets, control wage costs and minimise wastage
* Ensure stock, equipment and cleanliness standards are upheld
* Support the senior leadership team with promotions, planning and events
* Be confident leading floor service during peak periods
About you:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a quality venue
* Confident leading service from the front – this is a hands-on role
* Passionate about food, wine and people
* Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
* Warm, approachable, and able to inspire a team
* Strong understanding of cost control, rotas, stock and compliance
* Experience working across multiple outlets or in a hotel setting is a plus
