Proseal UK Ltd is a company that designs and manufactures high quality tray sealing and conveying systems for the food industry with manufacturing facilities in the UK, North America, and Australia. Proseal has over 20 years of history and is recognised internationally as a leading supplier of tray sealing machinery and tooling.


The Opportunity

Main Purpose of Job: The Procare Contract Administrator will provide first-class front-line service to our customers. You will maintain orders, visits, invoices, standard business processes and working systems to a high degree of organisation and order. The role requires working in a busy engineering office environment and the ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders of the business.


Responsibilities

* Ensure all documentation required for each Procare visit is held in the correct location.
* Process visits, ensuring all correct data is inputted and any follow up works communicated to the relevant stakeholder, liaising with the service co-ordinator as needed.
* Create contract paperwork ensuring terms and conditions are up to date and relevant to the contract (payment terms, contract length, etc).
* Work with the Procare Regional Specialists to manage each contract from start to finish, tracking visits and remaining work.
* Answer external phone calls and take information required to pass to the relevant person.
* Manage and interpret customer requirements, listen to clients and understand, anticipate, and fulfil their needs.
* Drive continuous improvements in processes and services offered.
* Keep up to date with new technologies or process procedures.
* Provide feedback on common problems and advise on potential defects.
* Develop and maintain the customer relationship, and maintain accurate customer information on Pronet.
* Raise departmental issues/concerns with Proseal UK.
* Assist the service coordinator with processing visit sheets and liaise with field service engineers as necessary.
* Carry out any other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

Essential:

* Previous experience in a Customer Care/Sales focused role
* Computer literate with ability to create, modify and maintain MS Office documents: PDF Files, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
* Understand and meet Health and Safety obligations in line with company requirements

Desirable:

* Previous experience of using Salesforce CRM
* Higher Level of education (A level or above)
