Description
Join the Revolution in Sustainability and Innovation with our Client!
1. Do you like being on the road, meeting customers?
2. Would you enjoy working in a small inventory team, visiting schools and public services, and delivering on-site inventory surveys
3. With lots of laughs, but very customer service-focused and the need to enjoy "attention to detail" work.
My clients are transforming organisations' management of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Using their own innovative technology, to help clients make smarter, more sustainable decisions—reducing waste, cutting carbon emissions, and getting the most out of their existing assets.
They're growing fast, having completed over 500 successful projects in the UK and internationally. They are now looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Inventory Surveyor to join our team and support the delivery of our on-site surveys across various sectors, including schools and public services.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Carrying out comprehensive FF&E surveys at client sites across the UK and occasionally overseas.
* Working closely with our Lead Surveyor to support on-site coordination, including subcontractor management.
* Taking on independent survey assignments, representing the company professionally and advising clients on-site.
* Planning and managing your travel schedule to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
* Preparing clear, accurate reports following each survey.
* Building positive, lasting relationships with clients.
* Contributing ideas to help us continually improve our surveying processes and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
* A motivated, detail-focused individual who enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
* Confident communicator, comfortable interacting with clients in a range of settings.
* Technically capable – confident using Apple devices, and proficient in Excel.
* A problem-solver always looking for ways to improve outcomes and streamline work.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and travel demands effectively.
* Adaptable and ready to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
* Holds a full UK driving licence.
* Enhanced DBS check (we’ll support you through the process).
What We Offer
* 26 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.
* Travel and fuel expenses covered.
* Overtime pay for weekend work, with time off in lieu.
* Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.
* A supportive, collaborative team with regular team days and social events.
* A chance to be part of meaningful work with a real environmental impact.
We'd love to hear from you if you're passionate about sustainability, enjoy being on the move, and want to contribute to innovative, purpose-driven projects.
