Retail Customer Advisor (Swindon) - 30 Hours

Location: Swindon
Salary: £13.72 per hour + on‑target bonus of 15%, paid monthly based on store performance
Working Hours: 30 hours across 5 days per week, including weekend rotation
Full training will be provided, so no prior product knowledge is required – ambition and drive to learn matter most.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enhance the customer journey through meaningful interactions, ensuring customers feel positive and valued.
* Create exceptional experiences by tailoring and promoting innovative products and services.
* Achieve personal and store KPIs by driving sales and meeting performance goals.
* Provide personalised solutions for customers with general mobile or network‑related enquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
