As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll visit customers in their homes across North West London and surrounding areas, fixing appliance issues to get them operational again. You’ll manage your time efficiently, keep customers and colleagues updated on your progress, and monitor stock levels in your van daily.
A full, valid driving licence is required. You’ll be rewarded with bonus incentives for upselling our products. We seek candidates who are organised, have strong communication skills, and are dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for customers.
Ideally, candidates will have experience as a White Goods Engineer. However, we value self-motivation, strong technical skills, and excellent customer service skills. Our City and Guilds-assured in-house training and support are designed to prepare you to deliver exceptional service.
* £32,916 per annum starting salary for candidates without White Goods/ Domestic Appliance experience, with the opportunity to earn £37,304 once fully trained and meeting minimum requirements
* £37,304 per annum starting salary with a minimum of 6 months recent White Goods Engineering experience
* London allowance of up to £6,500 per annum
* Bonus potential of up to £2,500 per annum

Applicants must be able to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects, work in restricted spaces, and have good hand dexterity and color vision.
