A pre-sales consultant is the secret ingredient in the sales recipe, blending technical expertise with persuasive charm to show customers how a product meets their needs. Think of them as the superheroes of sales pitches, swooping in with answers to technical questions and dazzling demos to win over clients. They're the bridge between the tech world and the customer's needs, ensuring that what's promised can actually be delivered.
If this sounds like you… We’re looking for a superstar to join our team, to work closely with our sales department to wow our customers and grow our business, by providing hands-on demonst rations of how our market-leading conversational AI platform will digitize customer service and internal support for brands, across digital channels and voice. The conversational AI market is crowded with underperforming technologies, and this role is primarily about showing that virtual agents built on the boost.ai platform can deliver genuine business value, both in terms of automation and better customer experience.
Resposibilities:
Technical Consultation: Provide expert advice and technical guidance to customers and the sales team.
Solution Design: Collaborate with our sales teams to design and agree solutions that meet customer requirements and address technical challenges. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, functionality, and value propositions to potential customers.
Requirements Gathering: Support in discovery and qualification: Gather and analyse customer requirements to understand their needs and align solutions accordingly. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and product developments to enhance technical expertise and support sales effectiveness.
Product Knowledge Transfer: Share learnings, best practice and guidance with other stakeholders in the business. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with product management, customer success and other stakeholders across the business to gather feedback, address customer requirements, and ensure a smooth handoff from pre-sales to post-sales. RFx support: Work together with our bid management team and the sales team to customise the responses, highlighting features such as customizable workflows, integration with popular project management tools, and enterprise-grade security measures.
Skills, qualifications, and experience preferred:
* Experience within a SaaS company (preferred).
* Must have experience with/be able to articulate the complexity of voice contact center technology solutions.
* Business savvy and a natural understanding of the typical challenges of an enterprise organization and you can intuitively explain how technology can be utilized to solve them.
* A self-starter and creative problem-solver with the ability to work in a structured, independent and targeted way to achieve outstanding results.
* Positive and energetic, with excellent listening ability and strong writing and speaking skills in English.
* Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* A team player! We are stronger as a team and we encourage big thinking, open communication and a team first work ethic.
