Our client, a leading offshore law firm with offices in Jersey and Guernsey is seeking to recruit an ambitious and personable Pensions Lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE. This role will be to support the Pensions practice in the firms' Guernsey and Jersey offices and the successful individual can be based in either Guernsey or Jersey and will be required to travel between the Islands. Responsibilities of the role will include: • Assisting with drafting and amending pension schemes • Advising pension providers, trustees and employers on a range of pension issues • Advising on pension legislation / regulation • Providing specialist pension support as part of Corporate Due Diligence exercises. Applicants will be qualified in England & Wales or another commonwealth jurisdiction and have a strong background in Pensions law. Our client will consider candidates currently working in either private practice or in-house.
