You will be supporting individuals with a wide range of additional needs, learning disabilities, Autism and Mental Health to live happy, fulfilled lives as independently as possible.
Your role will include:
* Developing warm and trusting relationships with clients .
* Encourage and support clients to engage in social activities with friends and family, help with attending appointments and accessing the local community, support clients to go on holiday, & days out, attend local activity groups, college and work placements.
* Providing emotional support,
* Some may want help with cooking, shopping and help in the home.

What we require (Essential)
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English is crucial.
* Full valid UK Driving Licence and have own car for work?
* A confident and sensitive approach to support with respect for the client's and the ability to promote independence.
* Ability to empathise with the client and support appropriately
