Gross salary: £12.64 per hour
The demands on our hotel are high, especially regarding technical facilities and quality standards. We are seeking a technically skilled caretaker to handle all tasks related to the care and maintenance of our hotel.
What we expect from you
* Training in handicrafts or industry
* Load capacity
* Technical and manual skills
* Control and monitoring of ventilation and heating systems
* Execution of weekly sprinkler tests
* Operation of MSR systems
* Performing small repairs, painting, and maintenance work
* Supervising manual work and crafts during commissioned tasks
