We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator who enjoys working independently and thrives in an upbeat, team-focused environment. You will be responsible for managing inboxes, entering insurance information into internal systems and ensuring data is accurate and up to date. Full training will be provided during the first two weeks.
Hybrid – 3-4 days in the office in Branston, Burton Upon Trent

Responsibilities
* Enter insurance data accurately into internal systems
* Monitor shared inboxes and action items promptly
* Extract key information from insurance documents and systems for data input
* Update and maintain records within Salesforce and other platforms
* Provide general administrative support to the Insurance Compliance team
Qualifications
* Strong previous experience in administrative roles
* Confident using Microsoft Outlook and Salesforce
* Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
