Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + Company Van
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Bean to Cup Coffee Engineer to join our growing service team. This is a field-based role covering London and the South East, ideal for an engineer based in or around Croydon or South Croydon.
The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of bean‑to‑cup coffee machines at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Service, fault‑find, and repair bean‑to‑cup coffee machines
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance
* Install and commission new equipment
* Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
* Provide a high level of customer service on‑site
* Accurately complete service reports and documentation
Requirements
* Proven industry experience working with bean‑to‑cup coffee machines (essential)
* Strong electrical and mechanical fault‑finding skills
* Field service background preferred
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Professional and customer‑focused approach
