Job Title: Specialty PA
Location: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, Clinical Psychology
Hours: 3 days a week (21.5 hours per week)
Trust Location: Queens Medical Centre, Derby Road, Nottingham, NG7 2UH

What you'll be responsible for:
1. Accurately transcribe clinical letters using Bighand, producing high quality work within defined deadlines.
2. Use judgement and initiative to prioritise the importance/urgency of tasks within defined guidelines
3. Establish and maintain admin systems/databases >
4. Dealing with incoming mail, results/reports management
5. Attending/organising meetings including room bookings, take minutes.
You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You'll have the following skills/experience:
Skills:
· Microsoft office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel.
· Ability to take minutes at meeting and secretary experience.
· Experience as a PA.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and previous NUH experience.
· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
