1. Provide exceptional customer service with memorable, meaningful interactions
2. Inspire and educate customers on pet care and products based on your knowledge
3. Complete sales transactions aiming to meet store sales goals
4. Work with your team to ensure the store is well-presented and stocked with the latest products
5. Stay updated on pet care, products, and services we offer
6. Contribute to a positive, supportive store culture where everyone enjoys coming to work
7. Maintain a strong safety mindset, fostering a safety culture within the team
What we need...
* A passion for animals and delivering excellent customer service
* Experience in retail or similar environment
* Drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members
* Physical fitness to lift up to 20kg products
* Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as this is a casual role
