* Job Title: Multi-Skilled Trades Operative (Electrician)
* Location: Mobile role, based throughout (or in) Cumbria
* Salary: £39,608 per annum (Dependent on Core Trade Skill) + Additional pay for Overtime, Stand-By, Call Outs.
* Annual Leave: 25 days, plus bank holidays (rising to 30 days)
* Pension Scheme: up to 8% employer contribution
* Life Assurance: 4 x annual salary

* Perform repairs and maintenance on tenanted and vacant properties.
* Ensure high standards of work and safety.
* Work with other trades and contractors.
* Record completed work and materials used.
* Respond to emergency job requests.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a trade skill (electrician).
* Experience in property repairs.
* Good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
