Rev & Regs are working with a well-established and highly respected law firm in the South West, who are looking to grow their Commercial Property team with the addition of an experienced lawyer/solicitor.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, multi-office environment where you’ll work alongside experts across planning, litigation, construction, and residential property teams. The firm advises a diverse client base – from local businesses to national organisations – and offers high-quality, varied work in a supportive setting.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for a broad caseload, including:
* Commercial acquisitions and disposals
* Drafting and negotiating leases and renewals
* Lease management and landlord & tenant matters
* Property finance
* Development projects
* Supporting corporate transactions with property advice
🙋 About You:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with commercial property experience
* Able to manage files independently with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable advising clients ranging from SMEs to larger corporate clients
* Strong communicator with a commercial mindset
* Organised, proactive, and confident in a team-focused environment
