Overview of the role: As a Council Tax & Benefits Officer, you'll be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing claims, and providing accurate, timely advice. You'll work both independently and collaboratively, helping to improve service delivery This is a hybrid role, office attendance required on Tuesdays and Fridays Responsibilities and Duties You'll report to a Council Tax and Benefits Team Manager.
