To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
* Registered with Social Work England
* Have experience within Adult Social Care
* 2 years + experience of working within similar team
* Be confident completing reviews and managing caseloads
* Work effectively within multi-agency environments
* Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
