We are recruiting for a
Business Development Manager
to join a growing and well-established IT solutions provider based in Kent. This is a hybrid role with a strong local presence. Think on-site visits, networking events, and face-to-face relationship building.
This company is not your average MSP. Their offering goes far beyond day-to-day support. From cyber security and cloud migrations to automation and AI. They are known for helping businesses modernise, secure, and streamline with strategic tech solutions – and they are now looking for someone to help them bring that message to new clients.
The role:
You will be focused on
new business development
, identifying and winning opportunities with SME clients (typically 5–300 users).
* Managing the full sales cycle – from first contact through to signed contract
* Working closely with technical pre-sales and marketing to deliver tailored solutions
* Attending networking events, exhibitions and speaking opportunities
* Leading on tender responses and client proposals
* Earning uncapped commission and being rewarded for your success
What we are looking for:
* Minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience in
IT, tech, MSP, or professional services
* Confident and credible when engaging with business leaders and decision-makers
* A consultative, value-driven sales style, not a box ticker
* Understanding of modern workplace solutions (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, cloud, cyber security etc.)
* Happy working independently and running your own pipeline – but backed by a supportive and skilled team
* Genuinely curious about technology and how it can solve business problems
Salary & benefits:
* £45,000 – £55,000
base
* OTE £80,000 – £100,000+
(uncapped commission – 100% of first month's MRR for new clients, plus project and hardware/software bonuses)
* Bonus for hitting quarterly targets
