About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Disabled Children’s Team (DCT). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in Children with Disabilities (CWD) to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake assessments of need and provide tailored support for children with disabilities.
* Develop, implement, and review care packages and short break services.
* Manage a caseload involving Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC).
* Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
* Ensure all work complies with statutory duties and best practice guidance.
