Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months initially and extendable (long term project)
Responsibilities
* 12+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 3 years in the public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain
* PSS (Salesforce Public Sector Cloud) implementation experience is mandatory.
* Experience working with PSS cloud and a good understanding of GDS is preferred.
* CRM/Salesforce solution experience is a plus.
* Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate systems.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new concepts, models, and technologies.
* Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate within a team to solve business and technical problems.
* Serve as a Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for customers.
* Lead thought leadership initiatives in Public Sector/Energy & Utilities Industry, including workshops on business process innovation.
* Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identify touch points in multi-cloud implementations.
* Assess customer business requirements, co-create future visions, and map solutions to Salesforce offerings.
* Contribute to target architecture, phasing, roadmap, and transition plans.
* Provide expertise to define solutions on the Salesforce 360 platform.
* Assist clients in building their CRM strategy and roadmap, leveraging Salesforce technology.
* Work with clients to design, configure, and implement solutions based on complex requirements.
* Coordinate with Technical Architects, project teams, and partners to finalize solutions.
* Review design blueprints and identify potential risks or issues.
* Stay updated with industry trends and Salesforce solutions.
Summary
* The Solution Architect acts as an industry expert on the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform, aligning solutions with enterprise architecture in the public sector and energy/utilities sectors.
* Must have a strong industry background and knowledge, with the ability to discuss future trends and challenges.
* Uses a consultative approach to understand requirements and develop technical sales strategies.
* Subject matter expertise may include business strategy, architecture, data, integration, security, cloud, mobile, and analytics.
* Helps determine the appropriate Salesforce technologies and design product roadmaps aligned with business strategies.
