Join Our Team as a Field Sales Representative at Team Ortel (EE Franchise)
Salary: £12.21/hour (over 21) + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £30-50k hours)
Progression: Full time hours available based on performance, progression into a senior advisor including a full time contract, increased basic and override payments for high performers

You'll get the chance to connect consumers with the latest EE broadband products and earn fantastic rewards along the way.
As a Field Sales Agent, you'll be out in the field, engaging directly with potential customers door-to-door in small teams in pre-designated areas. You'll work alongside your sales manager, bringing EE's top-notch broadband solutions to your community.
What You'll Do:
* Engage in door-to-door sales in small enthusiastic teams.
* Convert prospects into happy EE customers.
* Work towards individual and team sales targets in your designated area.
* Represent the EE brand during meetings, delivering engaging presentations.
* Maintain accurate customer records and provide management with feedback.
* Keep a positive attitude while driving toward your goals.
What You'll Bring:
* Be 18 or over – you'll be signing contracts.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* The ability to travel around your chosen area.
* Confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills.
* Active listening and an understanding of customer needs.
* Excellent persuasion skills and the ability to build lasting rapport.
* Data analysis skills to track your performance.
Bonus Points If You Have:
* Previous experience in a customer facing role or field sales.
* A solid understanding of tech products and their benefits.
* Valid UK Drivers Licence.
