In this role, you'll create accurate, value-engineered cost estimates, build client relationships, and manage projects from inception to contract award. Daily tasks include preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth handover to operations for project success.

The Role
* Identify risks and opportunities within tenders to provide precise estimates.
* Assist with Quantity Surveying functions and conduct post-completion project reviews.
* Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
