What You’ll Be Doing As a Reprographics Officer, you will: * Provide a high-quality reprographics service for teaching and support staff. * Operate and maintain reprographic machinery (photocopiers, printers, binding, laminating equipment). * Prioritise and manage reprographics requests to ensure deadlines are met. * Ensure accurate reproduction of documents including teaching resources, booklets, examination papers, posters, and newsletters. * Manage stock levels of paper, toner, and other reprographic supplies, ordering replacements as needed. * Troubleshoot basic equipment faults and liaise with suppliers/technicians for more complex issues. * Uphold school policies regarding confidentiality, particularly with examination materials. * Support the wider administration team where needed. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: * Previous experience in reprographics within a school or educational setting (essential). * Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and knowledge of reprographics software. * Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure. * A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * An understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding, and data protection within a school context.
