Job Title: Project Development Officer (Temp)
Salary: NLC11 - £45,882 - £50,487 (Pro-Rata)
An exciting opportunity has become available within the award-winning Community Partnership Team to play a key role in the ongoing delivery of the Local Development Programme (LDP) and Play Area Development.
The Postholder will be responsible for the effective and efficient provision of LDP and Play Area projects, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality professional service that maximises resources, delivers positive outcomes, and meets the needs of our customers and service users.
You will deliver a range of projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective delivery. You will act as Procurement lead when required, completing procurement and tendering exercises to appoint contractors, and preparing projects for design and build contracts, aligned with our Local Outcome Improvement plans.
You will engage regularly with stakeholders, the wider Community Partnership Team, and other relevant services to develop and advance the project programme.
Qualifications: Educated to SVQ Level 4, HND, or equivalent in Geography, Construction, Project Management, or a related field. Membership of an appropriate Chartered Institution is desirable.

This post is Temporary for 23 Months and Part-Time - 17.5 Hours per week
