Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care during night shifts.
* Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records.
* Oversee and support care staff, ensuring high standards of practice.
* Respond effectively to residents' needs and emergencies overnight.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and clinical governance.
Requirements
* Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
* Experience in a nursing home or similar care environment.
* Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work independently at night.
* Compassionate, reliable, and committed to excellent resident care
