Home / Hybrid Working Consideration

Assist in the delivery of an effective and efficient new build affordable housing programme in accordance with the Council's policies and plans, with a commitment to achieving best value.

Job Requirements
* Relevant Qualifications: Education to Degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Housing or Surveying) or equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through relevant experience
* Driving Licence: Must hold a current driving licence and have access to a vehicle; ELC will make reasonable adjustments for disability where required
* Level 1 Disclosure Clearance: Required to allow access to the Public Sector Network; ELC will submit a Police Act Disclosure application on behalf of the preferred candidate and receipt of the certificate will be required prior to commencement
* If you have spent more than three months working or living outside the UK in the last five years, you will also need to present a copy of an overseas criminal record check (details on GOV.UK)
