£30,379 + overtime + quarterly bonus
4 on / 4 off shifts (2 days / 2 nights)
We're recruiting for an experienced Slitting Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business supplying packaging solutions into the healthcare sector.
This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent earning potential, long-term stability, and a great shift pattern that provides regular time off throughout the month.
What you'll be doing:
Setting and operating slitting/converting machinery
Monitoring product quality and production output
Completing production documentation accurately
Troubleshooting minor machine issues
Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards
What we're looking for:
Previous experience operating slitting machinery within a manufacturing or production environment
Confident setting and operating converting/slitting equipment
Strong attention to quality and safety standards
Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00)
Own transport due to site location
