Were looking for an experiencedSolution Services Advisory Architectto lead pre-sales and delivery of IT transformation solutions, translating customer needs into business-focused outcomes.
You will be reporting toEMEA Solution Services Architecture Leader for Lenovo Solutions Services Group.
*Responsibilities:*
* Lead consultative workshops to gather customer requirements.
* Translate business needs into Lenovo-delivered IT solutions.
* Develop business cases and cost-effective service solutions.
* Drive technical validation and certification of proposed solutions.
* Anticipate future trends and shape strategic solution visions.
* Challenge existing processes to improve value delivery.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with customers at all levels.
*Requirements:*
* Proven ability to translate customer needs into IT services with business value.
* Deep understanding of digital workplace architectures and transformation.
* Strong technical knowledge of end-user environments and transition planning.
* Experience creating business cases that demonstrate ROI and cost savings.
* Skilled in complex deal solutioning and financial modeling.
* 5+ years in requirements definition, project/change management, and problem-solving.
* Multilingual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Familiarity with infrastructure, datacenter, and network presales isa plus.
