Employed Roles:
* Competitive base salary from £68,250
* Supplementary bonus scheme with uncapped OTE, with a potential in excess of £120,000
Based on a balanced clinical mix: Private, NHS (UDA), and Unscheduled Dental Care
* Flexible working hours to suit your life
* Clinical freedom with full admin and nursing support
* We pay for your mandatory training, GDC registration and indemnity
* Golden Hello up to £10,000
* Relocation Allowance up to £8,000
Associate Roles:
* Earning potential in excess of £150,000 (OTE)
* Based on 1,400 UDAs at £14.50, from £3,000 Denplan gross/month (35% split), Unscheduled Care 2 days/week at £23 per patient, and strong private demand
* NHS (UDA): 1,400 UDAs from £14.50 per UDA
* Private: 50% income split
* Unscheduled Care: 2 days/week, 16 patients/day at £23 per patient (£35k+/year)
* Balanced clinical mix: Private, NHS (UDA) & Unscheduled Dental Care
* Clinical freedom with full admin and nursing support
* Golden Hello up to £10,000
