Location: Eastbourne
Salary: 45,000 – 55,000 (uncapped)
Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Opportunity
My client, a well–established and respected main dealer in Eastbourne, is seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join their friendly, high–performing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, thrives in a fast–paced environment, and is looking to build a long–term career in the automotive sector.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Welcoming and assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
* Guiding customers through the sales process, including finance options and paperwork
* Offering test drives and building rapport with both new and returning customers
* Meeting individual and team sales targets within a collaborative culture
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring excellent customer service throughout
What We're Looking For:
* A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn–car sales experience is not essential
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* A team player with a passion for delivering great service
* Full UK driving licence is required
