About the role:
Our Store Managers are at the heart of keeping our stores thriving. They are known for putting customers first and for inspiring their team to deliver a memorable shopping experience. Alongside being a manager, you will also play an active part in engaging and building relationships with your community.
Some of your key responsibilities as a Store Manager would be:
• Taking overall accountability for your store and team, ensuring a great customer experience is being delivered
• Providing excellent leadership to your team to create a high-performance culture
• Leading the team to drive sales, memberships and community engagement
• Driving people-related activities such as training, development and performance, whilst still being hands-on within the store when needed
• Actively involved with social initiatives and volunteering hours to support your local community
Who are we looking for?
Our ideal Store Manager candidate would have;
•Experience within retail management - preferably in a food store setting (required)
•Strong leadership experience and ability to inspire teams through leading by example
•Sound commercial and business acumen
•A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members
•The ability to multi-task, be self-assured and organised
