What you will need We would like to hear from you if you have: KS2 teaching experience (or the ability to demonstrate strong potential for success within Key Stage 2) a proven track record of recent and successful class teaching successful experience of delivering the primary curriculum a strong understanding of current teaching theory and best practice, particularly in securing high rates of progress for primary-aged pupils good subject knowledge across the core National Curriculum experience supporting pupils who speak English as an additional language strong understanding of the teaching of reading and writing appropriate to KS2, including comprehension and vocabulary development excellent communication skills and experience of working collaboratively with colleagues.
