Description Join Epta as a Case Cleaner Team Leader and play a key role in driving our commercial refrigeration success. This exciting permanent role is field based 42.5 hours per week Working 5 shifts Sunday – Thursday. This will be Liverpool based. This is a night shift role, working hours will be dictated by store closing times. Your Contribution In this role, you'll engage in a variety of activities, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will lead and organize a team on case cleans and also provide support for the Regional Management. Liaising with Store Managers and ensure cleans are carried out to the correct specification. Responsible for a van, tools and equipment. You must log on to all systems required for that site and supply a full site audit on every site. You will be needed to maintain the effective operation of a case clean. Working under and helping your Line Manager to ensure the smooth running of our operation. Be able to maintain effective working relationships with each customer. Here are some key responsibilities: • Leadership within your team and working alongside various team members when required • Responsible for a company vehicle and all appropriate kit and equipment needed to carry all tasks to a high standard • Computer literate as you will be required to document all working times and works carried out via appropriate apps and also be using emails on a daily basis • Planning and organizational skills (PPM) • Technical manipulative skills must be able to offer technical support within the case clean department where needed • Must be versatile and must be prepared to work unsociable hours Your Journey (qualifications & skills) You have a customer-focused mindset with good communication abilities. Preferred qualifications • Experience in the same or a similar role is desirable • Full driving license (mandatory) • FGAS Cat 4 is desirable • Basic Electrical Training is desirable • Proficiency in English at C1 level
