Our client, a leading travel business is on the lookout for a talented and driven E-Commerce Manager to join the team and play a key role in delivering digital excellence. You’ll take the lead on optimising the website, boosting online conversion, and supporting CRM strategy, all while working closely with a passionate team to enhance the company’s online presence by creating seamless, engaging digital journeys that help make customers’ holiday dreams come true.
About the role:
As the E-Commerce Manager, you’ll play a key role in maximising online sales and enhancing user experience across all digital platforms. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the website, optimising conversion rates, and supporting CRM strategy to drive retention and loyalty. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, your strategic insight and analytical mindset will help the business stay ahead in a fast-paced digital landscape.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the website to ensure it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up to date.
* Lead Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategies through A/B testing, user journey analysis, and performance reporting.
* Support the development and execution of CRM initiatives to increase customer retention and engagement.
* Analyse key data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, IT, and third-party suppliers to deliver seamless e-commerce solutions.
* Oversee website content management to ensure alignment with brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
* Manage the e-commerce budget, focusing on delivering high ROI and cost-effective strategies.
* Champion online customer experience, acting on feedback and continuously improving digital touchpoints.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role.
* Strong knowledge of website management platforms (e.g. Umbraco, WordPress, Magento, Shopify) and SEO best practices.
* Experience with CRO tools and techniques, including A/B testing and analytics platforms.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management.
* Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Strong project management and collaboration skills.
* Creative thinker with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
