We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Trainer to provide tailored clinical and nonclinical training packages to facilitate objective, evidence-based Functional Assessment Service (FAS) assessments.
What You’ll Do
As a Clinical Trainer, you will:
* Deliver FAS induction, clinical training, and tailored training packages in line with DWP guidance.
* Design and adapt learning initiatives based on business needs and training analysis. Support new starters in their training journey while maintaining high educational and clinical standards.
* Participate in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and refresher training.
* Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and virtual assessments to ensure training effectiveness.
* Maintain professional competency and compliance with clinical governance frameworks.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a candidate with:
* A relevant training qualification (Teaching & Assessing, Mentorship award, AET/PTLLS advantageous).
* A minimum of two years' post-registration experience.
* Expertise in the FAS assessment and report-writing process.
* Up-to-date clinical knowledge of various health conditions and disabilities.
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience.
* A proactive, engaging, and quality-driven approach to training.
