We’re looking for someone highly self‑motivated and enthusiastic who has experience in supporting senior leaders and brings a strong commercial focus with a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes. In this role you’ll deliver a first‑class service to the Group General Counsel, Product, Planning & Training Director and Digital & Communications Director by providing high‑level administrative, organisational and coordination support to multiple Directors, ensuring efficient management of executive schedules, communication, projects and departmental activities whilst maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
What You’ll Do
* Manage high‑volume inboxes and complex diaries, prioritising key actions, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication across multiple Directors.
* Proactively prepare senior leaders for meetings and events, providing timely, high‑quality documentation and ensuring they are fully briefed and organised.
* Coordinate end‑to‑end travel and logistics, including transport, accommodation, hospitality and detailed itineraries.
* Support operational and people processes, including expense management, budgets, onboarding, and HR activities (starters, leavers, transfers).
* Deliver seamless day‑to‑day operations by organising team activities, managing office support, coordinating visitors and supporting events from planning through to delivery.
* Lead end‑to‑end coordination of meetings and events, from scheduling and agendas to high‑quality materials and accurate minutes.
* Support Directors in tracking projects and initiatives, monitoring timelines, deliverables and follow‑ups to keep everything on track.
