Are you an experienced HR professional ready to hit the ground running?
We’re working with a well-established, nationwide business who are proud of their supportive, people-first culture. They’re looking for a confident and proactive HR Advisor to join their Barnsley team, someone CIPD Level 5 qualified with the skills and experience to work independently, provide expert advice and partner with managers across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering professional, end-to-end HR advice and guidance across all policies and procedures
* Leading independently on absence management and disciplinary matters
* Supporting managers with employee relations, wellbeing and performance conversations
* Managing HR administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy across records and systems
* Using HR systems (Cascade experience desirable) to maintain data and produce insightful reports
* Assisting with recruitment and onboarding to deliver a positive employee experience
* Contributing to HR projects including engagement, diversity & inclusion and policy development
About You
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum) with proven HR generalist experience
* Confident in managing employee relations cases end-to-end with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to work across all levels
* Highly organised, detail-focused and capable of balancing multiple priorities
* HR Cascade IT system experience would be advantageous
