We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join a supportive and talented project management team based in the Liverpool office. Applicants need to have a minimum of 4 years' experience in project management and will be able to apply their skills to a variety of sectors including commercial office, healthcare, education and defence.If you have proven construction project management experience, this role will offer you the opportunity to lead on projects both independently and under the guidance of a project director.
Ability to successfully deliver projects and support in the management of client relationships.
Proven construction project management and managing professional teams experience required.
Experience across the pre-construction and construction stages of a project
Experience of report writing
An ability to take on responsibility and act with a level of independence of senior management when called for.
Construction project management experience is essential.
Experience using Microsoft Office software and Microsoft Project
Experience in report writing
You will also need to show ambition and a willingness to learn whilst demonstrating commercial awareness and exhibiting the ability to complete projects to agreed timelines.
