What the Job Involves The role involves assisting and supporting residents with personal care, including dressing, washing, bathing, and meals. You will engage in social duties to create a supportive atmosphere, encouraging maximum independence for residents. Responsibilities include participating in domestic tasks, maintaining care plans, distributing medication, and attending staff meetings.
