About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children's home. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager ready to step up or an experienced RM looking for a fresh challenge. With more homes opening in the next 6 months, this role also offers the potential to become a Dual Registered Manager.

What We’re Looking For:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
Strong Ofsted knowledge with a proven track record of compliance & quality care
Experience managing a children’s residential home (or significant Deputy RM experience)
Passion for supporting young people with emotional and behavioral needs
